Wholesale DVD Lots

Where can I find wholesale DVD distributors?

I'm about to open a video store in a neighborhood in miami. Many of the residents do not know how to use a computer and there is not a a major video rental franchise for miles. Anyhow, these people support my idea of a small video store, but I would like to know how to buy these movies. Buying them at retail would be expensive. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
